Our facility in Sussex, Wisconsin was originally built in 2001. In 2016, an addition was put onto the Sussex facility, increasing our production space to 89,000 sq.ft. under one roof. The facility is state of the art and has one of the largest hydraulic test loops in North America, which exceeds the testing capabilities offered by most OEM companies. The addition also added a new engineering and assembly area along with new overhead cranes comprising of two 50 ton hooks capable of lifting some of the largest pumps in the world. RER’s new engineering area allows our engineers to be out on the floor at all times, offering them the opportunity to be as close as possible to your pumps while they are in our facility. The new addition helps us keep your project under one roof from start to finish. We offer on-site visits to all our customers and we can also do virtual visits to walk you through the status of your project.
